PROCEDIMENTOS IC 45 1 - Buyer issues LOI updated with target price, negotiated payment procedures + buyer CIS

2 - Buyer agent and seller agent start NCNDA with buyer data

3 – SCO Seller | Buyer ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order). 

4 - Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate O?er).

5 - Buyer returns the signed and stamped FCO.

6 - Seller issues the draG SPA.

7 - Buyer returns SPA signed, stamped and scanned and it will be considered a legal and o?cial Sale and Purchase Agreement until the copies are exchanged.

8 - Seller issues a Proforma Invoice.

9 - Buyer returns the stamped and signed Proforma Invoice

10 - Buyer sends the SBLC or DLC verbiage.

11 - Seller returns the above verbiage with possible changes.

12 - Buyer's bank issues the SBLC or DLC (MT760 / MT700) as a one-month guarantee and sends it to the seller's bank within 5 days. The bank instrument must be transferable, irrevocable, divisible, operational, renewable and con?rmed by a top 50 bank (DLC Bank TOP-10). Cash payment by MT103 according to submission of shipping documents (B/L + SGS).

13 - AGer opening L/C, the seller's bank sends the PB (Performance Bond) of 2% in the amount of one remittance and the POP (Proof of Product) to Buyer's bank within a period of up to 7 days, the period for con?rmation of these documents bank-to-bank.

14 - The buyer will receive a letter of invitation to accompany the shipment at the port. 13 - In 30/40 days, the ship will be loaded.

15 - Payment against BL and SGS shipping documents. 

16 - Vessel sets sail for destination.
